R.G. Ratcliffe posts a piece from The Hill, an inside the beltway newspaper for Capitol Hill, that questions whether Mikal Watts is ready for prime time.

Specifically, political observer Stuart Rothenberg says in the Hill, "The second half of the video probably is the silliest, most transparent attempt to deliver a message I have ever seen."
